I like to do the value investing thing where I compare acres/ reserves/ infrastructure etc to similar companies. But I’m not very familiar with the Anadarko basin and there hasn’t been many large M&As.
Any idea what Sandridge’s replacement value might be? They got 365k acres, 1000 miles of electric and SWD.
Sandridge is trading at approximately $32.7k/ per boe/d. ( excluding it mountain of cash). Compared to other basins, that’s be a very low price, especially considering how developed the field is and the extensive infrastructure.
